I teach a combination of hatha, vinyasa and movement therapy. I love dance, fitness and to move, i hope to help people feel free in their bodies with acceptance and inner connection . Yoga is an amazing tool for self care, therapy and evolution, i continue my studies through the practise and hope to transmit this to other practitioners.
